**The Role**

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will have a strong focus on developing and reporting on key metrics to ensure that the business is able to make key, strategic decisions.

The business is going through an exciting period of growth and the role is all about transforming and interpreting data into actionable metrics and insights to optimise the business.

**In this role you will**
- Engage with senior stakeholders across the business functions to support their data analysis and customised report requirements definitions, reports and dashboards development
- Build financial reports using PowerBI and dashboards for reporting
- Assist the finance team and operational team automate their month end reports
- Provide correct and timely data to APM teams and core business stakeholders
- Regular liaison with relevant Senior leaders, sharing knowledge and identifying potential business improvements
- Digitalise processes to support the business while maintaining and strengthening internal controls
- Integrate and align finance processes across entities within the APM Group
- Actively contribute to this process of continuous improvement by always seeking better ways to support and assist colleagues and business units
- Delivery of timely and accurate reporting across all APM divisions

**Skills you’ll bring**
- Previous experience (5+ years) in a business analytics, data warehousing, data governance in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and SAP experience is highly desirable
- Experience in agile delivery and business process re-engineering, digital transformation, data migration and critical and fixed end date projects
- Tertiary qualification within a relevant field (such as information technology, data science, software engineering, or business analytics)
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business process review, systems analysis and design
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise and influence others, to achieve objectives.
- Experience in the design and development of reporting tools and dashboards
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and lead through change
