Invincible Energy is one of the biggest solar + battery retailers in Victoria, committed to delivering sustainable energy options to communities across Victoria. As we expand our reach into regional areas, we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Solar + Battery Installer to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, test, and commission solar PV and battery storage systems in compliance with industry standards.
- Provising our customers with a well presented, professional and friendly experience.
- Ensure all installations meet CEC guidelines and safety standards.
- Willingness to travel and work in various regional locations across Victoria.
- Able to do more than one residential installations per day.
- Must be able to lead a team of solar apprentices.
- Inspecting existing solar and battery systems and fixing faults if there are any.
- Must have a CAN DO attitude.

**Qualifications & experience**:

- Current CEC/SAA Accreditation (mandatory).
- Battery Licence
- Proven experience in solar PV and battery storage installations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices.
- Working at heights licence.
- White Card

Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Accredited Solar Installer: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CEC Solar and Battery Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
