Irrigation & Pumping - Working Supervisor

- **Description**: Run your own irrigation crew as the on-site lead, working on the jobs yourself, with an experienced irrigation technician as a teammate. Install high-quality reticulation, custom-designed by our engineers with your input, and lead the crews on site to execute our work to a high standard of work, in a hands-on supervisor role.
- **Day to Day**: This is a full-time role on the field, working on the tools while also managing small to large irrigation projects and maintenance works, in a high-intensity environment that requires discipline, knowledge, and a great attitude
- **Team**: You will be working under Michael Wallace, our Services Coordinator, and with our Irrigation & Pumping team. You will also get the chance to engage with our Drilling and Water Licensing teams.
- **Location**: Our main yard is in Herne Hill though we work across Perth and its surrounding suburbs, from Gingin to Serpentine and inland.

**Training (First 1-2 Weeks)**
- As a starting point, you'll be working alongside our experienced technicians, to learn everything you need to know about the job.
- Michael, our Services Coordinator, will be your mentor. He has many years of experience in the water industry and will make sure you've got everything you need.

The goal is that you learn your way around our irrigation service offering:

- Irrigation System Construction and Maintenance, primarily in the agricultural and commercial spaces.
- Submersible and Centrifugal Pump Installations;
- Off-Grid Solar Bore Pumping Systems Installations;
- Standard Bore Services - Pump Maintenance, Chemical Dosing, Assessments, etc;
- Bore Meter Installations.

**Tasks and Responsibilities (After Training)**
- Once you're ready, you'll be running your own projects, alongside our Irrigation teams. Our crews are generally of 1 technician and 1 lead, though you may work alone, or in larger teams, from time to time.

You will be responsible for:

- Taking part in executing the jobs, being on the tools;
- Making decisions to get the best outcome on the field;
- Interacting with clients and expectation setting;
- Upholding our high-quality standard of work;
- Delivering jobs diligently and on schedule.

**Experience & Personal Traits We're Looking For**

- Experience in a similar role in the water services industry (required).
- Knowledge in working with water bores and submersible pumps (preferred).
