We are looking for compassionate and highly motivated individuals like yourself to join our team as In-home Personal Care Workers in the Aged Care sector. In this role, you will have the opportunity to empower elderly individuals by assisting them in maintaining their independence and dignity, while also improving their quality of life in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Provide personal care to elderly participants
- Keep accurate records and report concerns
- Empower participants to make decisions and promote well-being
- Assist with household duties
- Prepare meals and provide transportation
- Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum qualification) or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar field
- Bilingual proficiency - fluent in English and Greek (but not limited to)
- Fully vaccinated
- Current Driver's Licence + Fully Comprehensive Insurance
- A team-oriented attitude, empathy and problem solving skills
- Commitment to deliver quality care to our elderly

**This position offers a range of benefits, including**:

- Salary packaging available up to $15,900 and $2,650 for meals and entertainment
- Travel time and KMs are paid for
- Equipment provided including a Phone and PPE
- Pick your available days and choose your hours
- Induction provided along side two buddy shifts before independent field work

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
