Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of elderly and disabled clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are recruiting **Serbian Speaking Home Care Workers** to join our team to provide home care services in the Eastern and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

Casual and Part-time (negotiable hours) positions are available.

**Role**:
You will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:

- domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- in-home respite
- providing companionship

PPE provided & reimbursement for travel between clients.

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to speak Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, or Macedonian
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support/Disability OR nursing student
- Previous experience as a personal care worker/aged care worker/ disability support worker
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
- Minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccination

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, dedicated, reliable, honest, ethical, willing to learn, able to work autonomously
- Must be able to travel to various locations efficiently
