Beata Homecare provides home care services to support the independence of clients from various cultural backgrounds in Melbourne.

We are currently looking for Home Care Workers to join our team in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne (Clayton, Dandenong, Berwick, Cranbourne, Carrum Downs, and surrounding areas).

This is a part-time position of 20hours a week (negotiable).

Casual roles are also available

**Role**:
You will provide quality care to clients in their own homes.

Duties include:

- personal care (showering, grooming, dressing)
- domestic support (cleaning, meal preparation, laundry)
- transport in your own car (to appointments, shopping, activity groups)
- in-home respite
- providing companionship

PPE will be provided & reimbursement provided for travel between clients.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care / Individual Support / Disability
- Victorian Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate (within 3 years)
- CPR Certificate (within 1 year)
- Previous experience as a PCA or support worker is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Patient and compassionate nature
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a remote team
- Dedicated, reliable, honest
