- Our client RT & DM Spring Pty Ltd, established in 1967 is a family owned plumbing company specializing in commercial and industrial maintenance.

**About The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of this position is to provide office support with all activities. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Managing office resources and placing orders
- Payable and receivables
- Bank reconciliation
- Monthly reporting
- Support staff with administrative duties when required
- Answering queries by employees, clients and customers
- Preparing and formatting documents, reports and presentations
- Maintaining individual, team and company calendars and scheduling appointments

**About You**
- Current drivers license
- Use of MYOB
- Previous experience in similar role
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
