**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Position Purpose
The role of Trainee Administration Assistant - Music is to provide effective administrative support to the Music Faculty.
Other Information

- Maintain a degree of flexibility in working hours from time to time as required for the position
- Accept that the College reserves the right to modify the position to meet its operating needs
- Assist and relieve in other positions from time to time and as required

- Acknowledge that all staff work together to support the College Purpose
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting and assisting all visitors with support from the Administration Assistant
- Handling parent enquiries with the Support of the Administration Assistant
- Undertake other designated administrative duties and overflow tasks as directed by the Administration Assistant including:
- Photocopying, scanning and filing of documents.
- Preparing and processing of documents
- Reconciling of data, data entry and database management
- Reporting
- Participate in team meetings and development as required.
- Work as part of the broader support staff to assist in other areas of the College as required.
- Ensuring the College Anglican Ethos and values are reflected in the staff member’s manner
- Reporting matters relating to Student Protection directly and immediately to the Principal or a Student Protection Officer
- Communicating effectively with all staff, parents, students and the broader community
- Actively support the safety of the College site
- Following safe work procedures developed for the College
- Obtaining and keeping a current Working with Children - Blue Card
