**The Opportunity**:
The Trainee Administrator role is an entry-level opportunity to develop administration skills in a global mining company. Reporting to the Commercial Supervisor, you’ll support payroll, warranty, and commercial teams with tasks like timesheet entry, purchase orders, travel expenses, and freight booking. This role suits a detail-oriented, adaptable individual eager to build stakeholder relationships and grow in a dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Located at Mt Thorley, the Trainee Administrator supports the wider Administration team by delivering prompt and efficient administrative services to the branch, its departments, and customers.
- Process and enter timesheets for Service Technicians accurately and on time.
- Respond promptly to employee pay queries, providing clear and helpful information.
- Process Travel Allowance Claims and Expense Claims efficiently.
- Warranty Administration Support
- Raise Purchase Orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coding accounts payable invoices
**About you**
- Either completed or currently completing your Cert III in Business Administration
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft products (excel, work & outlook)
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
