**Part-Time Office Admin & Bookkeeper (Xero Experienced) - Sydney CBD**

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for bookkeeping? We are seeking a part-time Office Admin and Bookkeeper with experience in Xero to join our dynamic team in the heart of Sydney CBD.

**Position**: Office Admin & Bookkeeper
**Location**: Sydney CBD
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Flexible Hours)
**Type**: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
- Process invoices, expenses, and payroll
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
- Support the team with various administrative duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Barangaroo, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Xero: 5 years (preferred)
