**The role**

The IT Officer provides first and second level remote operational Systems and ensures delivery of quality IT services. This is an integral role to the Crown IT Department requiring a high level of interaction with external vendors, internal customers, and employees to ensure the Crown Group receives optimal business value and ongoing user confidence and satisfaction of customers.
- Management of operating systems across the property & monitoring of daily operations
- Provision of technical support to individuals and teams across the organisation
- Maintenance of IT devices and infrastructure
- Troubleshooting of issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain documentation relating to incident, service request, problem, change management tickets and customer communications.

**About you**
- Must have a relevant tertiary or certificate level qualification in IT, but experience is not required.
- Strong technical knowledge
- Must be available to work over a 24/7 roster, including the weekends, overnights, and public holidays.
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to analyse and problem solve.
- Collaborative team approach to work
