**Are you up for the challenge?**:
As John Holland’s Workday Adaptive Planning Lead you will be in a key role responsible for the administration and system development of the Workday Adaptive Platform. You will be expected to manage the architecture and hands on development of new adaptive based solutions. This role will support consultations with business stakeholders for delivering reports and dashboards aligned to business needs.

**About the Role**:

- Responsible for development and maintenance of Adaptive Planning
- Lead the Adaptive Planning strategy and architecture
- Perform Administrator functions such as maintaining the models, dimensions, integrations, and user access
- Perform quality assurance testing to verify system functionality, identify and fix bugs and other inconsistencies
- Assist in the development of new functionality to support FP&A and whole of business needs
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and input sheets for the business partners
- Monitor the deployment of additional system functionalities and upgrade releases from Workday. Complete testing and validation of any new functionality as required.
- Provide training and support for Workday Adaptive Planning
- Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardised end-user processes
- Consistently look for ways to optimise and improve existing processes, systems, and platforms

**About You**:
This position will require you to have a Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or Economics, and hold Workday Finance and Workday Adaptive Planning Certification.

You may come from a background working as a planning consultant or as an end-user of Workday Adaptive Planning or be a Financial Planning & Analytics practitioner working with planning tools and/or spreadsheet-based solutions.

Your relevant business knowledge and experience, e.g., financial and management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, will see you succeed in this role, as will your experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials and reporting solutions to meet customer requirements.
