We are working exclusively with a large technology company that have recently implemented Workday and are building out a team of professionals to make the system and ensure that the delivery of the services are to a high standard.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the delivery of integration services and support across the Workday platform on a day-to-day basis, adhering to design standards and frameworks.
- Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), technology, and AMS teams to effectively manage, monitor, and control all interfaces to and from Workday.
- Lead processes for issue and incident resolution support, enhancements, regression testing, and updates to requirements and documentation related to Workday integrations and interfaces.
- Optimize Workday integrations for performance, security, supportability, and resilience, ensuring interoperability with other SEEK systems and technologies (e.g., Salesforce, AWS).
- Design high-level interface solution architecture, including integrations, workflows, reports, mass data loads, and release management.
- Perform relevant migration, release, and deployment changes.
- Support the definition and execution of the Workday technology roadmap strategy.
- Develop technical standards, policies, and procedures to support the Workday integration environment.
- Mentor team members and provide leadership development, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor and communicate industry and technology trends in the applicable domain.
- Deliver prototypes and innovative enhancements to demonstrate additional business value from the platform.

Qualifications: Skills and experience:

- Workday integration framework knowledge, web services knowledge, and relevant certification.
- Functional knowledge of Finance and HRC systems.
- Business-centric approach with the ability to understand both tactical and strategic drivers, set clear goals, and define problem statements.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and build relationships at senior levels.
- Ability to lead and coordinate resourcing, including experience working with external vendors.
- Minimum of 5 years of finance and/or HR system integration or technical experience.
