**The** Opportunity**

We have a rare and exciting opportunity available for a** **Discipline Manager **to lead our **Environmental** team in Melbourne.

In this role the Discipline Manager will be responsible for ensuring the success of the Environmental team and will be accountable for strategic planning & execution, day to day operational management and development of the team.

The role contributes directly to value creation through the performance of projects and the undertaking of business development in the relevant sector to service and source clients along with mentoring the team and advising senior management.

**Who are you?**

You will have competence and experience in the practice of the environmental discipline along with Project management and proposal preparation experience. As an individual you are excited by the prospect of delivering iconic projects with key clients. You have demonstrated your ability to work closely with engineers and development teams in the delivery of projects and proposals for a range of clients and infrastructure types.
