**About the role**:
In this role you will work with an experienced Decision Strategy professional to manage, design and optimise decisioning frameworks and rules at Nab.

You will utilise your expertise in data and how it is used in a marketing environment to undertake data management, work with our data platforms team, help configure how we undertake decisioning at Nab and become a super-user of Pega and SME for xCAR.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled data professional to utilise their technical skills and knowledge and also learn from a Senior Decision Strategy professional within the team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Data Management
- Manage, design and optimise the decisioning frameworks and rules
- Manags the development of the Pega data record (xCAR) and champion the effective use of data within decisioning
- Ensure the integrity of decisioning from a holistic customer perspective
- Train team members in key Pega technology functionality, ensuring re-use and best practices are adopted across the team

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Experience
- 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in complex business setting

Essential capabilities
- Strong understanding of data and analytics and how they are effectively leveraged in marketing, communications design and decisioning
- Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
