**Your new company**
My client is an Australian diversified food company with manufacturing sites across multiple states in Australia.

**Your new role**
- Coaching of line supervisors and managers regarding Safety leadership and culture and upholding appropriate Safety standards in the workplace
- Setting the standards in the safety Management System at site, support implementation, monitor and review effectiveness of the system
- Support and coach leaders to understand compliance and improve risk perception
- Support the implementation of Safety improvement programs in the business
- Coach the line to conduct quality incident investigations, toolbox talks and OHS Meetings
- Support the sharing of Safety learnings across the business
- Providing and sharing Safety with Business Partners, support, provide resources and collaborate across the company's function, as needed
- Support Safety improvement plan development and implementation
- Coach and support risk assessment processes and risk controls implementation and participate in assurance
- Conduct technical Safety and capability training as required
- Actively participate in development and implementation of strategic plans and cascade.
- Support leaders to make good business decisions whilst being mindful of Safety risks and mitigation strategies
- Coach leaders in appropriately reporting issues to regulators
- Provide Safety outage/ project support
- Support line in managing contractors
- Will support and utilise common company tools and processes eg. PEM, toolbox talks, etc

**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in having;
- Led and influence significant change with Safety and building a Safety Culture
- Analysed data, formed and implemented recommendations
- Managed employees across a large geographical area
- Analysed Safety KPIs, with other related performance measures and prepared reports to be presented to senior leaders.
- Worked with technical data and translated this into business recommendations
- Influenced senior leaders
- Understands the similarities and difference between several industries.
