Ongoing Payroll opportunity for a motivated and eager individual to work for a large construction company.
Are you Payroll Officer looking for a rewarding opportunity where development and up-skilling is guaranteed? Robert Half is currently seeking a skilled individual to join a reputable construction company based in the Eastern Suburbs.
This role will see you joining an established team of 4, and is required due to growth and internal projects. This role will be offered on an ongoing temporary basis but will look to go perm for the right person.
**The Role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:
- Process fortnightly payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries.
- Work in a collaborative team, processing 2000-2500 fortnightly.
- Assist with payroll projects as required.
**Requirements**:
- Previous payroll experience required (1-2 years minimum)
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- As this is a temporary assignment initially, you must be immediately available.
