I have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a dynamic team within the Not-for-profit sector. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension, where you'll play a pivotal role in advancing the organisation's digital presence.

**Role Highlights**

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the Social Media Specialist to craft and execute an all-encompassing social media strategy in alignment with the broader marketing goals. Your data-driven insights will shape the content creation, helping the company tap into meaningful opportunities across key platforms. With a knack for analytics, you'll evaluate campaign effectiveness and explore avenues for growth within their digital marketing funnel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in partnership with the social media specialist
- Utilise data analytics tools to gauge social media performance and campaign effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of a digital donor persona and related marketing strategies for acquisition and retention
- Foster relationships with digital vendors, agencies, and partners
- Stay attuned to emerging digital trends and industry best practices
- Collaborate on a TikTok content strategy with our social media and communications team

**Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check
- Strong analytical skills, translating data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in optimising campaigns for enhanced performance
- Familiarity with Meta (formerly Facebook) and its marketing suite
- Current understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies

**Desirable Skills**
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA 4)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like ClickUp
- Exposure to fundraising technologies and initiatives
