**A bit about you**:
You’ll have a proven track record in a sales-focussed role where you have developed sales strategies to meet growth targets
You’ll have experience building products and solutions to meet client needs
You’ll have highly developed interpersonal and people management skills with an ability to interact, and influence at all levels
You’ll have extensive experience managing tenders, along with pitching for, and winning, new business
You’ll be commercially minded with an understanding of product pricing
You’ll ideally have a background in insurance, assistance, or a travel-related business

**A bit about the Job**:
You’ll lead new business development efforts across Australia
You’ll develop and execute new business strategies that optimise the profitability and sustainability of our travel insurance portfolio
You’ll own the commercial development of our travel insurance portfolio, and any new line of business that is introduced
You’ll lead the growth of sales and new business opportunities through leads, cross selling, developing new products and channels and partnerships customers
You’ll build and manage relationships with senior key contacts of targeted clients to ensure Cover-More is considered at upcoming RFP’s and tenders
You’ll develop a strong sales culture and create mechanisms to ensure seamless communication across the Australian business, with clear communication around new business targets
You’ll build strong relationships with Zurich entities in Australia, including Zurich Australia, World Travel Protection, Benestar, LiveWell, AFA Insurance etc. to seek out cross/up selling opportunities
