Chandler Macleod is inviting experienced Contact Centre and Customer Service professionals to register their interest for a variety of roles across government agencies, utilities, and leading local and national employers. What you bring:
- Experience in Contact Centres, Customer Service, or Office Administration
- Comfortable handling high call volumes and navigating multiple CRM/document management systems
- Ability to interpret technical data and communicate it effectively to the relevant audience
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience in government, utilities, or professional services is a plus
