**CASUAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE**

We are a state-of-the-art family owned and run holiday park located 12 kms south of Adelaide

CBD. We take great pride in the presentation of our holiday park and are looking for a talented hospitality person to join our team.

We have recently completed building our brand-new reception which includes our newly fitted-out café. We also have an established Bar/Kitchen within our outdoor beer garden.

In this casual position, you will work across both the café and bar

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Taking food and beverage orders both face to face and over the phone.
- Preparation and service of food and coffee
- Ensure professionalism and accuracy with reservations

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Passion for Guest Service and a desire to work in a Guest focused environment.
- RSA (essential)
- Food Handling Certificate and basic cooking skills
- Experience with cash handling
- Coffee making skills and presentation
- Great team player and be able to work autonomously
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Previous 2 years + experience working in a Café is desired.
- Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.

Marion Holiday Park is a non-smoking workplace.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.00 - $43.00 per hour
