Our showroom showcases an exclusive range of products that inspire both residential and commercial design projects. We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Showroom** **Manager** to join our dynamic team and lead our showroom to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Showroom Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-maintained, clean, and visually appealing.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Deliver an outstanding customer experience by offering expert advice on tiles and tapware, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through product selections.
- **Sales Performance**: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue, while meeting monthly and annual targets.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Ensure the showroom is attractively arranged and updated to reflect new trends, promotions, and product lines.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in tile and tapware, providing clients with in-depth product knowledge.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and other stakeholders in the design industry.

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience managing a showroom, preferably in tiles, tapware, or home improvement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the tile and tapware market is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and sales systems.
- **Must have expereicing managing a team**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- Team Management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
