**About the role**
The Transport Services Referral Officer is responsible for providing the daily operational support to CCQ’s Transport Services statewide.
This role is a Permanent, Full-time 37.5 hrs per week.
**About you**
To be successful in this role:
**Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience working in a service delivery role of a community service organisation.
- Experience with scheduling bookings and rostering.
- Experience working with volunteers.
- Experience in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with a high level of time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and be flexible.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office suite and booking systems.
- Current Queensland Open C Class Drivers’ Licence.
