SV Building Group are seeking two experienced Construction Supervisors to join their team.

SV Building Group are a large residential construction company based mainly within the South East QLD region. You will be required to oversee mostly single story dwellings - we are a volume Builder so you must be able to multitask and run a number of projects at a time. On a daily basis you will be coordinating and managing all trades and materials along with ensuring projects are running on time and within budget.

One position is based in the North Brisbane area of Morayfield, Caboolture, Narangba, Deception Bay and Bracken Ridge. This position would involve supervising 30-40 houses within 1-2 estates.

The second position is based inner City which requires someone experience in more high end builds and also units (experience with firewalls etc highly desirable). This role would involve supervising less houses due to the high end nature.

We understand the importance of work life balance so you will mostly only be required to work Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.

**Requirements**:

- Several years experience within the volume building construction industry at Supervisor level - this is a must;
- Experience supervising new builds;
- A trade qualified Carpenter;
- Capable of ensuring WHS procedures are being met;
- Ability to work autonomously with superior time management skills;
- Capable of working under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills including being capable of managing client relationships;
- Computer literate;
- Positive attitude; and
- Current drivers licence.
