**As our Dynamics 365 Business Central Lead Consultant, you will work as part of our post-implementation Operations team. We're looking for a techno-functional consultant who takes pride in anticipating client needs and offering proactive solutions to potential challenges.**

**You will play a role in**:

- **Configuring and customizing D365BC solutions**:

- **Respond to client support requests**:

- **Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact the client**:

- **Proactively analysing client systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization**

**Your profile**:

- **5+ years' experience development in D365 Business Central/NAV**:

- **Experience in a support environment - incident management, release management and change management**:

- **Experience in estimating BC services, capturing scope & requirements, writing user stories and development specifications**:

- **Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, scope and design requirements and development (including unit-testing) of requests for clients**:

- **Able to multi-task, work under pressure and to tight deadlines**:

- **Broad understanding of almost all standard Business Central modules**
