About the Role

Seeking an experienced Lead Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to drive the successful implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong technical expertise, and the ability to lead projects and teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and customization of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on system configuration, integrations, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and post-implementation support.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for users and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central features and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation and consulting.
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and retail business processes.
  • Expertise in data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred)
