**Your Impact**

An exciting opportunity has come available for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our Abbotsford facility, reporting to the Logistics Manager you will be responsible to drive high performance empowering and engaging an operational team to meet established Supply Chain - Distribution objectives which include safety, warehouse management, inventory, customer service and chain of responsibility

**Note** - This is a rotating roster between days and afternoons.

**Key responsibilities**

- Ensure customer service and business KPI’s for the site/shift are met
- Distribution and team management
- Management of inventory and labour planning
- Third party supplier management, such as transport providers and customers
- Continuous identification and elimination of waste in the Distribution value streams
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
- Ensure health & wellbeing for our people and the environment through focussed programs and adherence to compliance

**About You**
- A demonstrated achievement of improvement & change in an FMCG or 3PL warehousing and distribution environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience / consultation process in a distribution environment
- Experience in relationship management of both internal clients and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO and COR - advantageous
