**Your new role**:
In this role, you will be a key player in providing Level 2 IT Support, working with a mix of cloud and on-premise technologies, including Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and various cybersecurity vendors.

**Your daily toil**:

- Deliver daily IT support to end-users, resolving technical issues and delighting customers.
- Visiting customer sites in both Milton and Brisbane City to provide onsite service.
- Document and track issues through a ticketing system, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Administer and troubleshoot end-user hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure efficient operation of the organisation’s end-user computing environment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Azure, and Intune.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with a support ticket system.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Customer service focus and good personality
