**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity come in the Motor Claims division. The Claims Support Officer will provide effective and efficient claims administration services to the Motor Claims team and quality service to RACQ members, third parties and service providers.
- Provide professional and efficient customer service with accurate, timely and compliant information.
- Provide members and third parties with information relevant to their claim in accordance with Privacy Legislation.
- Build and maintain successful working relationships with our partners to ensure a seamless claim experience for our members.
- Identify and raise training and improvement opportunities across the business to assist in reducing future complaints and improving the member and employee experience.
- Enter and update claim information and data in systems to support claims processing.
- Appropriately manage assessment enquiries including handling, escalating and recording complaints/disputes during the assessment process.
- Contact members, third parties and external service providers to arrange and confirm appointments and appropriate documentation to ensure efficient assessment and repairs are carried out
