You’ll report directly to the Group Reservations Sales Manager and be part of our small corporate office team, which supports our 17 (but soon to be 19 by End of the Year) hotels.

We have a:

- Modern, light-filled and open-plan corporate office, where the CEO & DOO sit right in the middle
- Small corporate office team (30 people), flat structure, and transparent culture
- Accessible Queens Road (3004) location with paid parking or PT close by

**Your day to day**:
We are looking for an individual who has a high sense of pride in their work, great attention to detail, is a motivating leader and who is looking to combine their passion for hotels with their love for sales. You will require the ability to work flexible hours and will be strongly focused on furthering your career development.

Key responsibilities:

- Assist with outbound calls to historical and new business with groups potential
- Assist in managing the groups segment assuming responsibility for promoting and maintaining all group reservations ensuring information is detailed and accurate
- Drive business by using your inquisitive nature to identify new sales leads, building strong relationships and optimizing production of allocated accounts
- Actively build and maintain corporate relationships long term for accounts managed personally and prospective clients
- Conduct Site inspection with the clients
- Provide updates and training to the team and wider group on groups functionalities and market trends, significant opportunities and conversions
- Assist with Groups reporting & conversion statistics
- Compile monthly reports on groups business to present to the wider group
