**Your Impact**:
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a **Warehouse Team Leader** at our **Abbotsford** facility. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be pivotal in driving high performance by empowering and engaging your operational team to meet established Supply Chain - Distribution objectives, including safety, warehouse management, inventory, customer service, and chain of responsibility.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your leadership skills alongside a skilled team within an organization that prioritizes learning and development.

**Note**: This position operates on a rotating roster, covering days, afternoons, and nights.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer service and business KPIs for the site/shift are met.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of warehouse operators, setting performance and development plans.
- Oversee inventory management and labor planning to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with third-party suppliers, including transport providers.
- Identify and eliminate waste in distribution processes, deploying solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture.
- Promote health and wellbeing programs and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

***About You**:
You are a resilient leader with a continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated experience in a high volume, complex manufacturing/distribution environment. You thrive in a dynamic workplace and are keen to grow within our organization.

You possess:

- Experience in logistics within FMCG, 3PL warehousing or manufacturing.
- Proven success in implementing improvements and changes in warehousing and distribution environments.
- Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
- Experience managing relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and COR is advantageous.
- Experience with SAP is highly regarded.
