**Your new role**
You ‘ll be a vital member of the team, performing tasks within the warehouse environment. These duties may include but not limited to:

- Effectively and efficiently completing stocktaking
- Accounts management
- Assist with maintenance support and updating the Supervisor on any issues
- Manage store function
- Assist with maintenance record keeping and documentation
- Inspection, label and packing of Defence parts
- Move heavy packages using forklift machinery
- Managing tools and equipment within the supply customer accounts
- Operating plant and machinery as required and provided by the commonwealth to perform stores tasks

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience in a similar role within the Warehousing Industry will lead to your success. You’ll have an understanding in the Defence warehousing/supply chain & Inventory control. You’ll need to possess a current state open drivers’ licence for Medium rigid (“MR”) classes of vehicles. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable but not essential. Experience with MILIS software is extremely desirable. To be considered for this role, you will have Australian Citizenship and hold an Australian Defence Security Clearance.
