Handy Person in Sydney's CBD, $75,000 + super + vehicle + overtime

**Your new company**

A national company have an immediate requirement for 2 x experienced Handy Persons to work across a portfolio of buildings and assets in Sydney’s CBD where you will be provided with a vehicle.

**Your new role**

In this role as Handy Person you will be carrying out all-round general maintenance across a range of assets, which include the following:
Assisting in the maintenance and installation of partitions, counters, cabinets and flooring

Maintenance and installation of window shades, Venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants.

Repair of damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles and wall coverings

General reporting Client liaison Other related to carpentry duties

Cleaning gutter etc

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous Handy Person experience, clear criminal, physically fit, good communication skills and basic computer skills.

**What you'll get in return**

This will give you the opportunity to work for a national company where you will be working as a Handy Person across a mixed portfolio of properties in Sydney’s CBD, where no day will be the same. You will receive $75,000 + super + company vehicle + phone + overtime.
