**About the business**

TLD is a small fast-growing business of 16 years located in Windsor servicing north west Sydney and surrounds. We specialize in landscape maintenance on Industrial and commercial sites but also don't shy away from other fields of landscaping in commercial and residential. We aim for high job standards, a relaxed work environment and employee satisfaction. TLD is up and coming competing for work against the few very lager companies based in Sydney, we strive for a good workplace relationship with our employees and clients.

**About the role**

The position is for a person to be trained on all current contracts, once competent you are expected to take ownership of the jobs, fill out necessary paperwork and delegate skilled laborers and or apprentices. As TLD grows you are expected to take on more responsibility and higher job positions with wages and bonuses reflecting the position.

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 3 years experience in landscape maintenance ( In commercial and Industrial properties will be a bonus)
- Excellent time management skills.
- Professional presentation, positive attitude, punctual & reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge and use of all relevant tools & machines utilized within the landscape maintenance industry.
- Ability to read and follow plans.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Show initiative
- Any education outside of school towards the landscaping industry will be a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
