**About Us**:
Green Options are a professional landscape management company that creates and maintain the prestigious grounds of some of Australia's high-end gardens.

We are currently seeking to offer an opportunity to join our team as a 'hands-on' Team Leader assisting to deliver quality gardening maintenance and landscaping for our client.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain green spaces.
- Implement horticultural best practices for plant care.
- Conduct regular assessments of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Provide recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Submitting monthly reports.
- Contribute to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years previous team leading/supervisory experience on similar sites
- Sound horticultural knowledge
- Ideally, have a Certificate III Horticulture
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- HS&E white card and a working with children check (or willingness to obtain)
- Drivers licence essential
