**About the business**

TLD is a small fast-growing business of 16 years located in Windsor servicing north west Sydney and surrounds. We specialize in landscape maintenance on Industrial and commercial sites but also don't shy away from other fields of landscaping in commercial and residential. We aim for high job standards, a friendly work environment and employee satisfaction. TLD has built a strong client base throughout its time due to our high quality of service and commitment to our clients. As we are continuing to grow, we are looking for a manager to become an integral member of our team.

**About the role**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ability to plan and run daily contracts from start to finish making sure they are completed in the allocated times and to our standards.
- Fill out all necessary paperwork.
- Communicate, manage, record and report on site progress and or problems.
- Be responsible for and take care of vehicle, trailer, tools and machinery.
- Ability to lead (particularly by example), delegate, motivate and mentor skilled laborers and or apprentices including reports on their progression.
- Site safety and quality control
- Ability to assess sites and plan for next visit or further work required to improve sites.

Full time position, vehicle provided, opportunity for advancement with bonuses, tolls paid for and training to help you reach a pinnacle in the landscape maintenance field.

**Skills and experience**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape maintenance. (In commercial and Industrial properties will be a bonus)
- Excellent time management skills.
- Professional presentation, solid work ethic, positive attitude, punctual & reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge and use of all relevant tools & machines utilized within the landscape maintenance industry.
- Ability to read and follow plans.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Show initiative.
- Any education outside of school in the landscaping industry will be a bonus.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Maintenance management: 5 years (required)
