**Who should apply?**

We are looking for passionate solicitors who are keen to join our growing team to ensure we can continue to deliver exceptional client service to our clients If you are looking to advance your career and have a keen interest in commercial litigation, we’d love to hear from you. We have a number of roles available across our national business in preparation for our next growth phase.

You’ll be driven, self-motivated and have worked in commercial litigation for at least 6 months. You’ll be a team player who is focused on building strong relationships. You will have established drafting, procedural and technical skills, particularly in contract disputes and insolvency litigation.

***What’s a typical day involve?**

Matters within the team range from contract and partnership disputes, oppression and fraud cases, sale of goods, credit law, corporate and personal insolvency (including public examinations), securities and breach of directors’ duties claims. You’ll manage files autonomously and be able to oversee their progression from start to finish with the help of your designated mentor. You’ll also be the primary contact for key clients and build lasting connections as you progress in your career with us.

File work will include, but not limited to:

- Running litigation matters through to trial in all jurisdictions in Australia
- Appearing at mediations and settlement conferences
- Regular advocacy in all courts
- Defending voidable transaction proceedings
- Acting in equitable priority disputes
- Provision of advice and acting on behalf of all matters relating to Personal Property Securities matters
