**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing Team with a focus on our Glue and Vertical Brands. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media strategy development, channel management, content creation, analytics, and reporting.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage end-to-end social media strategy development, channel management, content creation, analytics, and reporting.
- Creating, managing, and overseeing content upload across all social channels
- Responsible for all Social Media communication to ensure the voice of the brand and message is always maintained and conveyed accurately
- Work collaboratively with the creative team to develop social content including but, not limited to stills and video
- Maintain and direct third-party creative to produce localised content
- Replying and maintaining customer interaction on all social media platforms, this includes, but is not limited to, customer comments and messages in coordination with the Customer Service team
- Report on all social media channels and their associated communities through careful monitoring and reporting on engagement, conversion, optimization, and competitors weekly
- Develop and implement social media strategy
- Increase customer engagement of all social channels determined by social and content objectives
- Increase click through to online month on month determined by Social and content objectives
- All social channels are updated daily in line with brand guidelines and business goals
- Ensure all budget work is met within or under at all times.

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and/or Marketing is preferable
- Digital Content Creation experience
- Management of all social media platforms
- Sound understanding of influencer marketing
