**Location**: Hollywood Consulting Centre + various WA sites
**Type**: Permanent | Full-Time

What you’ll do
You’ll be the right hand to our cardiologists - scheduling, coordinating, and communicating to ensure every patient receives the highest level of care.
**You’ll also**:

- Manage clinic bookings, specialist calendars, and provide PA support
- Liaise with hospitals, patients, and healthcare providers
- Handle patient billing (Medicare, DVA, health funds), quotes, and account queries
- Provide short-term admin relief at other sites as needed

What you’ll bring
- 2+ years’ experience in a medical secretary/admin role (ideally in specialist practice)
- Strong grasp of medical and cardiology terminology
- Proficiency in medical software (we use Healthtrack)
- Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong computer literacy
- A current Australian driver’s licence
