**About the role**
**Key Accountabilities**
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the integration of digital products and services
- Prepare written, verbal, or visual content and communicate digital impacts of SKIP and associated platforms
- Design and deliver training including webinars, roadshows, training videos, workshops, and manuals for SKIP related systems
- Produce and publish content to the SKIP and SharePoint platforms following User Experience methodologies
- Analyse needs, define requirements and brief digital or SharePoint feature updates to the digital business team
- Generate reports and analyse data on SKIP usage and provide insights from the data
- Working with Districts and Subbranches to identify knowledge gaps and digital skills required to support Veterans and Members
**About you**
Crucial to your success in this role will be your attention to detail and your organisational and time management skills.
You will also demonstrate sound experience in the following areas:
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft platform, Office365 suite, SharePoint, web development, and apps
- Communication and content generation skills to produce impactful collateral and integrate digital projects
- Experience with knowledge sharing and learning management systems
- Strong digital skills, and the ability to learn new digital platforms quickly
- Analytics and reporting skills to identify success measures and produce reports
- Solid understanding of user experience and accessibility principles with varied audiences
- Well demonstrated experience forming collaborative working relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders in a large organisation
- Ability to work as part of a team, and independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Face-to-face presentation and training experience desirable
