Within this role, you will be providing support to the Portal and Claims Team Leader and wider team in creating and managing accurate and timely client service agreements with our clients to help support the delivery of services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing NDIS Portal & NDIS Claims
- Managing data within our CRM.
- Supporting local teams to ensure the accurate service delivery and billing.
- Ensure accurate billing and claiming of client services.
Requirements include:
- Experience using a CRM.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Intermediate competency in computer software applications and technologies.
- Demonstrated problem solving, time management and task prioritisation.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Ability to work independently.
