The People & Strategy team thrives on an inclusive and supportive culture, working collaboratively to support the agencies strategic objectives and organisational success through design and delivery of HR strategies and initiatives, as well as business and governance actives.

This agency is based in one of Australia’s most prominent national heritage listed buildings.

**Your new role**
As the HR Manager you will be responsible and lead a small team in operational management of HR, planning and governance across the agency. Managing activities relevant to this position will include but not be limited to
- Recruitment
- Workforce planning

- Performance and Case management
- Learning and Development
- Health and Wellbeing
- Business Continuity

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have extensive HR Generalist experience with strong leadership skills and exposer in corporate governance. You will also be someone who shapes strategic direction, foster an inclusive culture, use information to make evidence-based decisions coupled with exceptional relationship management.
