The Test Lead's role is to focus on helping design, develop and implement testing methods and equipment. This is an exciting time to join the team and get involved in the hands on testing and coordinating with our customers and stakeholders.

**Responsibilities Will Include**
- Development of test plans
- Provide traceability between development requirements and test cases
- Preparing and conducting test readiness reviews
- Executing test procedures
- Manage incoming requests for testing
- Creating and manage test defects
- Development of test reports
- Represent the Test team at customer meetings
- What You Will Bring
- Experience working in a product development environment is preferred
- An ability to work in a fast paced, project driven environment
- Experience Identifying test data and conditions required for test execution
- Experience leading a Test Team
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) - working with multiple teams
- Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines and evolving requirements
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Experience in Systems Engineering
- Experience in a company with a focus on quality, compliance and/or regulatory aspects (e.g., medical device, automotive, etc.) will be highly regarded.
