**Join the team**

As the Tech Lead you will be joining the Customer Technology team. This team looks after the public facing Kmart Website and new Mobile App. This team are looking to create an exciting and valuable e-commerce platform with new features, to create a unique shopping experience for customers both online and instore.

For the Tech Lead, this offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership over the direction and vision of their dedicated squad. Furthermore, you will be collaborating with a variety of different functions across Kmart as we look to enable all the key value streams across Kmart Digital.

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Tech Lead working for Kmart you will:

- Own the Engineering deliverables, including technical design, coding, testing, and debugging.
- Opportunity to influence the architecture and frameworks, API development, as well as the front and backend design.
- Ability to lead change, represent end users’ interests and motivate others effectively.

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- Experience in API Testing using POSTMAN.
- Well versed with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with hybrid framework like React Native.
- Good to have experience with languages such Nodejs, Typescript
- Experience with Cross Device testing (Browser Stack)
- AWS cloud experience is highly desirable
