Restaurant Supervisor – Flexibility that works for you

Boutique Dining & Catering is a thriving breakfast, lunch and tapas restaurant located on the waterfront at Salacia Waters, Paradise Point. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to uphold our service standards and contribute to our continued success

What We Offer:

We are looking for the ultimate Part-Time or Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Boutique family and are offering the following:

Roster Flexibility

A roster that works for you Do you have kids at school, or can only work certain hours? Can you only work one day on the weekend as you have other commitments? Can you only work day-time hours because you want a life outside of work? Are you sick of working late nights? We are flexible and will accommodate.

Work / Life Balance

We operate 6.30am to 3.30pm seven days a week with the addition of dinner on Monday and Tuesday (until 7.30pm). No split shifts or 12-hour days.

Competitive Hourly Rate

Above award hourly rate with consistent hours.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Strong a la carte experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-presented, professional, and approachable
  • Customer focused – ability to build rapport with customers and create an inviting atmosphere at all times
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm and professional in a busy fast-paced environment
