We are currently seeking a permanent full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our growing Finance team based in Osborne Park.

**The Role**

Responsible for accounts receivable function of multiple brands across the Group, duties include;
- Raise invoices, processing receipts and verifying payments against client records;
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies and when appropriate escalating to the Shared Services Manager for resolution;
- Providing timely and accurate advice to customers in relation to any account enquiries; and
- Providing support to the Finance team as required.

**About you**
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in accounts receivable processes;
- A strong willingness to learn and follow company procedures;
- Well developed communication skills and customer service experience including the ability to deal with conflict and problem solve;
- High attention to detail with experience in undertaking basic financial analysis and investigations associated with accounting issues;
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team with good time management to meet deadlines;
- Experience and well developed skills in MS Excel, MS Word and financial management systems (Databuild or Dynamics 365 is desirable); and
- Residential Construction experience desirable.
