Our recent projects include the new Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Adelaide, Australian Space Park, South Australian Emergency Services Headquarters and the Lot Fourteen development.

**What you’ll do**:

- Primary focus would be on the New Women’s and Children’s Hospital (nWCH) project which is a circa $2B project and once-in-a-career opportunity
- Would be working in a team of BIM Modellers to develop the mechanical systems for the project but also assisting with model management and quality assurance of sub-consultant’s models. Would also assist in coordination with other disciplines, sub-consultants and other design partners e.g. architect.
- Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver small to large scale projects.
- Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols.
- Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
- Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and clients.

**About you**:

- Would have to be living in Adelaide or willing to relocate.
- Could be a BIM modeller, drafter or technician at present
- Ideally has healthcare experience but large commercial experience would also be beneficial
- Must have proven experience working within the building services industry as a BIM Modeller, with Mechanical Services.
- Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal and external levels.
- A desire to develop your design skills.
- Excellent knowledge and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks in both modelling and back-end program knowledge.
