In this critical supporting role and reporting to the Head of Legal, you will manage the compliance function through an important phase in the organisation’s life cycle. You will hit the ground running as you manage frameworks, policy and procedures with regard to compliance with AFSL, ACL, AML/CTF, FIRB and other regulatory requirements, fiduciary obligations, fund governing documents and institutional mandates and governance requirements. You will also impact and engage with a range of internal stakeholders and will undertake secretarial duties for the Audit Risk & Compliance Committee and assist with other Committees as required. Supporting a strong compliance culture, you will also conduct and coordinate compliance-related training and communications.

This is a newly created role in a growing governance function and should appeal to a career minded senior compliance professional who is seeking a broadly mandated and challenging role. With significant experience within financial services, you will have tertiary qualification in law, finance or relevant discipline and will have experience working in a fast paced, high expectation environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
