**The Role**:
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the operational performance of Johns Lyng Tasmania. You will work in conjunction with the General Manager to support a team of 15 employees across the state.

This position reflects the benchmark in expertise, leadership, client and customer engagement and satisfaction for the Johns Lyng Group. Opportunities for career progression within our industry leading team will also be available.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Job Lifecycle performance
- Employee performance & wellbeing
- Stakeholder management; Customer & Client
- Overall financial performance of the Johns Lyng Tasmania business (including but not limited to: monthly reporting, debtor management, contractor management
- Leadership of a team of 15 staff across multiple locations in Tasmania

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- Ability to lead & motivate a team
- Construction or Insurance experience highly regarded, however not essential
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Sound work ethic
- Computer literacy
- Current motor vehicle licence
