**About the Role**

In Customer Identity Remediation, our purpose is to serve customers well by delivering fair and consistent outcomes and putting things right fast. For us to achieve this we are growing and encourage you to consider this role.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Head of Execution** to join the team. The Head Of will be responsible for the execution of KYC remediation across NAB.

Reporting to the Executive, Customer Identity Remediation (CIR) you will drive and support the delivery of CIRs commitments.

**In addition, you will**:

- Meet regulator obligations and commitments
- Build an engaged and high performing team of remediation specialists
- Embed operational excellence principles and a continuous improvement mindset
- Build the capability of the execution leadership team
- Create a supportive, inspiring and customer focused environment for all colleagues

**About You**

Most importantly, you are a customer first professional who has customers at the forefront of all thinking. You can demonstrate the following:

- Proven ability to build engaged, high performing teams
- Proven ability to stand up and scale new services with the customer at the centre of design and execution thinking
- Proven ability to execute on time and within a budget
- Understanding of AML/CTF and regulatory requirements highly regarded
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a delivery or execution leadership role
